Dear All, We are pleased to share pearls for implantation of Implantable Phakic Contact Lens (IPCL- Phakic Lens, from Care Group, India) to correct high myopia of minus 19 Diopter and minus 20 Diopter. Preoperative best corrected vision was 6/24 (p) Right Eye and 6/36 (Left eye) that improved to 6/6 (unaided in both eyes) after IPCL Implantation.

Dear Dr Pandey. I 'm ophthalmologist in Argentina and I'll be in the last IIRSI meeting. My question is about some cases that I implanted IPCL and developed high IOP. In addition to the insufficient removment of the viscoeladtic, for You wich could be another cause?
