Following six practices can help you reach your ultimate potential. ‘S’ is for Sleep Well 'S' is for Silence The first practice to make your morning awesome is silence. Silence can be meditation, deep breathing, prayer, gratitude or just being with you. Meditation can reduce stress levels. Even one minute of silence can make your mind calm.
