Dear All, We are pleased to share with a video-Secondary Piggyback IOL Implantation to correct Refractive Surprise of Minus 1.25 Diopter. How to Calculate the IOL Power for Secondary Piggyback IOL Implantaion? For Myopia of 1.25 D (Refraction), multiply with 1.15 (that come to minus 1.4), so we have implanted minus 1.50 Diopter monofocal IOL. The postoperative vision improved from 6/12 to 6/6 unaided. .
