Taking a trip down memory lane to 1985 takes me right back to the golden days at Govt College, Rampura. We were staying at Nani Choti in Chandrawat Palace, navigating the challenging path of PMT preparation. It was an entirely different era—there were no coaching institutes, no YouTube tutorials, and absolutely no online classes. Our only resources were our textbooks, group discussions, rapid-fire question sessions, and the pure joy of learning together with friends like Dr. Man Singh Chandel and Jai Prakash Singh, whom we all fondly call Gattu Bhaiya. In those defining years, Shri Kamlesh Kumar Singh Chandel was much more than just a senior to me; he was a guiding light who patiently taught me Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. Today, life beautifully came full circle as I had the profound honor of sharing this nostalgia at his retirement ceremony in Bhanpura. After dedicating 38 glorious years to government service and retiring as a revered Pracharya, his journey is truly inspiring.
