Kota, a city known for nurturing dreams, has been at the center of academic excellence for 4 decades. A special tribute goes to Shri Rajesh Maheshwari Sir, Director of ALLEN Career Institute, and all coaching institutes and faculty members (Gurus) who have mentored millions of students over the last 4 decades. Their dedication and unwavering commitment to nurturing talent have turned Kota into the “City of Students,” a place where young minds are molded into tomorrow's leaders, doctors, and engineers. Their contribution is an inspiration for all educators and students alike. I have been privileged to work in this vibrant student city as an eye surgeon since 2006, and it has been a joy to interact with thousands of NEET and IIT aspirants who come here from all parts of the country. Along with my wife, Dr. Vidushi Sharma, we have been fortunate to author books such as 'Meri Kitab Meri Dost' and 'Diary of an Eye Surgeon' to inspire and motivate these students on their journey toward success.
