Celebrating International Day of the Girl: Girls' Vision for the Future On this special day, we are incredibly proud of our daughter Ishita Pandey, whose journey embodies the spirit of this year's theme, "Girls' Vision for the Future." Recently, Ishita had the privilege of participating in a three-week Oxford Summer Course in Creative Writing. She received a certificate from the course director, Mr. Stephen Davies, and had the honor of presenting her books, A Window to the World of Wonder and Dream Big, Fly High: 55 Journeys to Inspire Young Minds, to both Mr. Davies and her teacher, Kieron Winn. Ishita's passion for learning didn’t stop there! She was also a proud participant in the John Locke Global Award Ceremony at JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, where she received Merit Certificates for her outstanding essays in Philosophy, History, and Politics from distinguished individuals such as Liz Truss (Former British Prime Minister), Jamie Whyte, and Martin Cox. Ishita’s vision for the future shines through her dedication to storytelling and her belief in the power of knowledge to inspire change. As she continues to dream big and fly high, she stands as a role model for girls worldwide, proving that with courage, passion, and vision, the future truly belongs to those who dare to imagine it.
