Had the privilege of participating in the CME program organized by the Glaucoma Society of India in collaboration with the Kota Division Ophthalmological Society. I presented my talk on the "Principles of Medical Management in Glaucoma." Glaucoma remains the second leading cause of blindness worldwide and is often called the "silent thief of sight." Shockingly, about 80% of patients remain unaware of this condition. This reinforces the importance of early detection and management. I sincerely thank Dr. Kamlesh Kedawat Sir, Dr. Rajendra Chandel, Dr. Arpit Bansal, Dr. Rahul Garg, and the entire KDOS executive team for organizing such an excellent CME program in collaboration with the Glaucoma Society of India. A special thanks to Dr. Vinita Ramnani, Dr. Ankur Sinha, and Dr. Jaswant Singh, along with all our KDOS speakers, for their remarkable presentations.
