मोटिवेशनल स्पीकर सुश्री जया किशोरी जी को मुझे मेरी पुस्तक ‘एक आई सर्जन की डायरी’ पुस्तक भेंट करने का सुअवसर मोशन इन्स्टीट्यूट के निदेशक श्री नितिन विजय जी के माध्यम से मिला. मोटिवेशवनल स्पीकर सुश्री जया किशोरी जी ने डाॅ. पाण्डेय द्वारा लिखित इस पुस्तक की प्रशंसा करते हुए डाॅ. पाण्डेय के प्रयासों की सराहना की। ‘एक आई सर्जन की डायरी’ नामक पुस्तक कुल 25 अध्यायों में विभिन्न संस्मरणों के माध्यम से पाठकों को यही बताने का प्रयास किया है, कि जीवन में सफलता पाने के लिए अनवरत् प्रयास ही नहीं त्याग और समर्पण भी जरूरी है। इस पुस्तक के अध्याय 17 में आत्महत्या के कारणों एवं रोकने के उपायों पर समूचा चैप्टर लिखा हुआ है। कोटा के कोचिंग छात्रों के लिए नीट अथवा आई.आई.टी. प्रवेश परीक्षा में असफल होना विद्यार्थियों के जीवन का अंत नहीं है। यदि विद्यार्थी सफल होकर चिकित्सक अथवा आईआईटियन बन जाते है तो अच्छी बात है। यदि विद्यार्थियों का इन परीक्षाओं में नहीं होता है तो निराश न हो, क्योंकि ईश्वर ने आपके लिए कुछ बहुत अच्छा सोचकर रखा है। इसी भावना के साथ असफलता को स्वीकार करते हुए सफल होने का प्रयास नहीं छोड़े। इस अवसर पर मोशन इन्स्टीट्यूट के श्री नितिन विजय एवं अनेकों फेकल्टी सदस्य भी उपस्थित थे। I got the opportunity to present my book 'Diary of an Eye Surgeon: My Experiences in Bharat, USA, & Australia' to Motivational speaker Ms. Jaya Kishori ji during a program organized by Mr. Nitin Vijay, Director of Motion Institute. Motivational speaker Ms. Jaya Kishori ji praised this book written by Pandey to motivate students. In a total of 25 chapters, an attempt has been made to tell the readers that to achieve success in life, not only continuous efforts but also sacrifice and dedication are necessary. In Chapter 17 of this book, an entire chapter is written on the causes of suicide and ways to prevent it. Failure in the entrance exam (NEET or IIT) is not the end of a student's life. If students become successful and become doctors or IITians then it is good. If students do not pass these examinations then do not be disappointed, because God has planned something very good for you. Accepting failure with the same spirit and not giving up trying to succeed.
