On the occasion of Rajasthan Diwas (March 30), let us celebrate and appreciate the visionaries, educators, entrepreneurs, and innovators who have played a crucial role in shaping a developed and prosperous Rajasthan. This land is not just about its glorious past but also about the bright future being crafted by those who dedicate their lives to knowledge, progress, and service. Today, I had the privilege of interacting with Er. Vijay Daswani Sir, a passionate educator whose journey in teaching is truly inspiring. Influenced by his father (Shri Kanwar Lal Daswani), who was deeply devoted to teaching mathematics, Vijay Sir stepped into the world of education in the late 1990s. Interestingly, when he joined Emmanuel School, Kota, with the intention of teaching mathematics, he was asked to take physics classes instead. What started as an unexpected shift soon turned into a remarkable teaching career spanning over a decade. His unique teaching style, infused with humor and real-life connections, made physics not just a subject but an experience for lacs of his students. Over the years, his journey evolved from education (Daswani Classes) to healthcare, and today, Er. Vijay Daswani and Dr. Anil Daswani are successfully running Daswani Dental College, Ranpur Kota, a premier institution making significant contributions to dental education and healthcare in Rajasthan. Rajasthan’s true essence lies in its history and the people who continue to shape its destiny. Every educator, doctor, entrepreneur, and innovator adds to this magnificent journey. As we celebrate Rajasthan Diwas, let us recognize their dedication, honor their contributions, and pledge to participate in this movement towards a brighter and more prosperous future for Rajasthan.
